F.A.Q.

I'm not available for all the live events. Will they be recorded?

Yes, we record everything in our hub so you can rewatch as many times as you like.

I just joined Feast Online. Can I watch the events and classes that have already passed?

Absolutely. We've got a great library of all our past events and classes available for immediate viewing.

How does a virtual wine tasting work?

Christian, our sommelier and class host chooses the wine ahead of time which are available for sale through our sales partner Eataly which will ship it directly to your home.

Where are all the programs kept? Will I be getting a bajillion emails?

Our interface is a simple, easy-to-use portal that you login from your desktop. You can also download our app if you prefer to use your smartphone or tablet. It looks like a more streamlined Facebook, with an activity feed and chat feature, but without ads or any members from outside the Feast Online community.

Feast Online also allows you to customize your settings, so if you want email reminders, you can get them. If you prefer to only see alerts when you login, you can choose that as well.

I'm very interested in certain programs, but not sure I want to commit to another subscription.

You can have a look at our entire program with a free 3-day trial. A monthly subscription allows you to cancel at any time. An annual subscription comes with the benefit of a significant discount.

This sounds like a great gift for my Italophile friends.
